Hannibal Episode 10 Buffet Froid

After recovering from this Weeks Episode I´m ready to burry myself into Will Graham´s Mind again. German Pink Wine is ready, Scottish Shortbread is set and ready to get eaten. And the Housedoor is locked. Luckily my bed stands on the ground and no one can get under it. Bryan Fuller himself said he wanted us to get a taste of horror and indeed we felt it.

Ready to get biten...here we go-

Greenwood, Delaware
 A Car is coming through the dark, it´s still so cold that the Snow is still on the Ground. A House between the tree´s is welcoming us with light. As a girl walks over to it, she hears a noise from the cabin on her left - but she ignors it ... as she walks in the Music is getting darker and we see a Close Up to a Wolf Figure ... uuuhhh ... Misfortune. Inside she feeds her bird. As we can see the Cabin Door is now open . Uh Uh who was in there? Meanwhile she changed into her PJ´s. She sits onto her bed, getting out of her Houseshoes...but as she crawls into her bed she hears a noise and then she see´s there are  drops dripping from her ceiling. So she stands up, takes her robe and goes up. All so spooky and barely with light. She see´s just the hole, but we can see the Footprints outside in the snow. She barely repairs it and then she is going back down. As she see´s water stains on her floor, so she goes with her poketlight after them. They are leading her to her bed --- BAMM someone grabs her foot and pulls her under the bed and suddenly the Blood is splashing all over the Place...but a bit surprised they filmed it so you see actually nothing, two people under this small bed and you see nothing? The Bed isn´t even moving. 

Hannibal Lecters Office

Dr. Lecter is talking with Will. 

"Abigail Hobbs ended Nicholas Boyle like a burst Ballon."

He still can´t get over the fact that Abigail killed that man. Hannibal suggets to him that he is griefing for the life that was taken from himself, that he thought when Abigail could have stayed innocent, get over her past and move on ... then so Will would have had the chance to move on. But what now?

Will is still having Hallucinations and time loss, so Hannibal wants him to draw a time clock and to tell who he is, where he is and what time it is. It´s supposed to help him focus. But as we see him giving the Drawing to Hannibal we see that the Clocks Numbers and Pointers are totally out of place.

So we can be sure this is serious, there is something wrong with his Brain. And he really needs a Brainscan. Change of Location.

We see Graham with Fishes on his Shoulders, he goes into a House, then he stands in a kitchen and he is cutting through it´s Belly. But suddenly there is Blood flowing out of it - a lot of thick Blood. 

And one blink and the Fish isn´t there anymore. The Girl is - her mouth cut open on both sides. And Will still has the knife in his Hands. As she grabs his arm, he is loosing it. He nearly falls to get away from her, as he Bamms with his back on the Door, he throws the knife away. The Sound is like metal and it´s hurting your ears. You can literally feel his heart racing like crazy. 

And we feel like he is in a kind of Nightmare - cause after all his Hallucinations we can´t tell what actually is true anymore. I´m just happy that, as he opens the door, we and he knows he is awake and the Illusion is gone. 
Finally also Crawford can see what kind of fear and panic is happening to Will. And Will can´t talk about it like, it isn´t important. But that doesn´t mean he does.  

Actually Crawford tells him what he thinks Will is supposed to do, but in his Mind Will is absorbing the Mind of the Killer. In his Mind he becomes the Killer and with this Vision Illusions he sometimes can´t seperate between himself and the Killer. He actually thought that he himself killed that girl.

Now Jack is officially concerned about Will. But I had to laugh so hard that Jack say´s he doesn´t want him to break - Will thinks of himself as a broken Mug - but still he needs him and Will can´t stop just like that. 

Because of the Reasons Jack himself told so, how could he forgive himself when he could save life´s with his imagination - even if his mind is the price for it. But how much longer can he last? How much further can he go? What will happen if he finally reaches his breaking point? 

He is going back in, the Murderer erased the faces in the Pictures of the Victim, she just drowned from her own blood. Strange is that she scratched her Killer really hard but he didn´t bleed. And the Killer tried to pull her skin back over her head. Like pulling off a Mask?

He is back with Dr. Lecter, he knows he didn´t kill her but ... yeah the but, it felt more real, like it shouldn´t, he feels like he really remembers watching her die, cutting through her face. He feels like it was Reality. Inside the Killers Mind he felt lonely, sad and as he saw himself in the mirror, he felt like he saw through himself - as if he were just a stranger.

And then Bryan Fuller is feeding the Hannigram Fandom again ... letting Hannibal come a bit too close, 
as Will is leaning back on the ladder...

And they went totally for it letting Will lick his lips...Ok 

Will is struggling he knows what kind of crazy he is. And this is not it. Something is wrong with him and he points all possibilities. Even a Tumor. 

But what if he really is suffering from mental illness...can he accept that?

Followed by a deep look into Hannibals eyes ... Hannigram´s just keep on breathing ... breathe.

Noble Hills Health Care Center

Baltimore, Maryland

Hannibal and Graham are visiting an old Co-Worker of  Dr. Lecter. He will test him. So he wants to know how long the headaches had last - 2 or 3 months ago - but he can´t say when the hallucinations started, he just started to thought that he might not be dreaming. 

As Will is getting his Scan Hannibal says to the Doctor that Will has encephalitis. That he could smell it. He started to smell it as he started sleepwalking. It smells like heat. A heated sweetness.

And inside this tube while he gets his Brain scanned, he is having Hallucinations again. He lays under the bed. He hears the dripping water.

He see´s the legs of the girl walking towards the bed he lays under. He grabs her feet and as he turns his head again, she is laying beside him, dead but he is relaxed in his Vision. But he see´s a sequence of all the Victims of the last months. Will is banging his head on the right side  -  trying to cause pain to get this out of his head.

The Doctor see´s that the right side of his Brain is completly enflammed. The Symptoms are going to get worse. With the Oppurtunity of dissecting Will and his illness the Doctor and Hannibal say to Will that he is well and his Brain is alright.

Saying a Brainscan can´t show Mental Disorder. They´ll run more tests but he says the outsome will be the same. So Will has to think he is becoming Mental sick. 

Crawford and Hannibal sitting together. Drinking before a fireplace. Of cause they´re speaking about Will. Hannibal suggests that Will caught Jacob Hobbs disease. That he absorbed it. That he can´t stop thinking about what it is to take a life. Jack says it´s better he goes a little mad than other Innocents loosing their life. And that Will feels the same way. Saying he is Innocent. He is genuine. He will survive everything he could put him through. Will will always fight his way back to himself-

Lecter says Will is mental ill, that he doesn´t just reflect on a Crime Scene he absorbs. I remember at the first Crime Scene we saw he didn´t absorb it. He just reflected - until the kills of Jaboc Hobbs. That changed something inside him.

Will is coming back to the Crime Scene. The Blood is still vivid on the floor. He starts to speak just like Hannibal told him, time, Place, his name ... as he looks down and see´s a girls face. As he is bending down, she throws the bed up against him, but he can grab her...but her skin is slipping from her arms, anxious he holds her skin - as he lost´s time, he stands in the Woods between some tree´s. He repeats Lecter´s advice and says that she is alive. Shouts again that she is alive.

Still in Delaware ... Will called Beverly. Because he can´t say wether that girl was real or not. Well he assumes that he is mental ill. For there is nothing wrong with his Brain.

He says that this Killer can´t accept her Reality and that he can identify with that. Even though he feels relatively sane. 
She is sick, she can´t see faces, maybe she doesn´t even know who she killed. Her Liver is shooting down. No Blood Circualtion.

Back by Dr. Lecter...

Hannibal wants to do some test on Will by his own, Will assumes him of publishing something about him, but Hannibal tells him if ever so, it would be totally unrecognizable and only if it were value to others. 

Well, yes he sits in Dr. Lecter´s Chair ... some People were all over that fact. And yeah, along with a long and deep eye contact as well.

Will says to publish it, after his death. Lecter ask´s after yours or mine...as Graham answers:

"What ever comes first!"

Hanni mentions a Illness where the Patient thinks of himself as Dead...Will was immediately thinking Dr. Lecter meant him. Will, please of cause he didn´t mean you.

We see Graham sleeping at home and someone stands outside...he is still having Nightmares...as we see her standing right before his Window. 

At day...Crawfords Guys found the DNA from the Girl under the bed. She is a missing girl, named Georgia, her mother thought at the call of the Police that they found her Body. The Girl was the best Friend. She killed her best friend. With 9 Years she was diagnosed as mental ill. She spent a lot of time in the hospital, but the Doctors couldn´t tell her Mother what was wrong with her. They never had a solution for her.

Will is identifying with her, because he doesn´t know anymore what´s wrong with him, the Doctor´s can´t help him and they can´t say what´s wrong with him. Just guessing and talking about him like an Animal in the Zoo for everyone to watch.

Jack is changing his Expectations. He see´s Will in the light of Miriam. He broke the Rules with her, just as he breaks the Rules with Graham. He feels responsible for her death. And now also for him.

Will feels like he misrepresented Jack in the Crimefield. Does jack want him to quit? But he already gave him that chance, the question is why didn´t Will take it? When they both know it´s bad for him-

His Work has created a sense of stability for him. Stability is good for him, Jack is right with that. But that requires strong Foundations. And his is more built on Sand, Will says.

But Jack is no Sand - he is freaking Bedrock. Cause if he doubts himself he doesn´t have to doubt Jack, too.

Maybe it´s that indeed, he doesn´t doubt Jack one minute. 

And for that Jack himself has become Will´s Foundation, his way of stability.

Hannibal and the medical Doctor are having Dinner. Hannibal cuts the ham right out of a Pig´s leg, set beside the table. WOW.

They discuss the rarety of Flesh, in the mind of the eater, refering Will to a rare Pig, Hannibal is indeed fastcinated by his mind and we learn that Hanni set his Brain on fire - on purpose. Does he want to let him burn? He says he will put out the fire if it´s necessary.

I think Hannibal wants his Brain to burn in order to hide himself from him. So Will can´t see who and what he is. Specially since he saw how Will looked at him as he saved the Victim in that Ambulance. What if Will is going to face his fear as he did with Nicholas Boyle - the risk is too high even more so now that they got closer.

Graham is at the Health Center to take Brain Scans again. Just the Doctor is there. As the Scans are done and he comes out, he see´s no one. No Nurse. No Doctor. He get´s changed and goes outside. As he walks by a door with Blood on the Door handle. He uses his Jacket to open the Door. Well and here comes the part that makes you ugh and at the same time HAHAHA totally over the top. 

The Girl did cut the mouth of her Victim and she looked like she had a creepy, bloody smile, but this one even if similar is missing his whole mandible. It´s the Doctor.

Jack and his Team are in, Beverly tests Will, but he hasn´t any Blood on him - he didn´t do it. They find a Scissor, Will assumed that the girl actually wanted to kill him. But got the Doctor because she can´t see faces. Because Will shouted in the Woods that she was alive. Did he got her attention?

Will awakes in the Night, because his Dogs are growling. He see´s the girl under his bed...he jumps flatt onto the floor. He see´s her. Telling her to think of who she is. Telling her she is not alone. That they are there together. He touches her Hand to show her that she is alive. 

She is in the Hospital, treated like a burn Victim. She has a high risk of Infections - Will is visiting her. While Hannibal and Jack are talking about her in his Office. She has the catharsis syndrome.

She has the possibility to recover with treatment. But how much will she be able to remember...?

And there comes a flashback, the Girl, Georgia is standing in the Door. But how did she get there? Did no one see her? The Door was open - 

Hannibal crashes the Face of the Doctor, pushing it apart, wearing a plastic Raincoat.  He takes the Scissors to cut him even wider.

He smells her before he see´s her. He walks towards her and gives her the Scissors before leaving the room. But what was his intention? Get rid of the Doctor? Let Will think he had killed him?

And with that only 3 Episodes are left.

Next time we´ll see an old Friend...but the most important question is ... does Hannibal want Dr. Bloom to get killed? All new Next Thursday 10p.m.
